Greenil or Viridia

I am going to create a RAcast and i do not no whether to have one of these ids (or another) for it. I want to be able to find decent weapons without having to pipe for them, as RAcasts can not use techs, please could you give me your opinion? My other section ids are in signiture

Why Viridia over greenil? what has the better?

Greenill, Greenill, Greenill. You can pipe a Frozen Shooter for a start (REALLY easy drop!), plus it actually has some decent Ranger rares (such as the Yasminkov series rifles, or ven Spread Needle) as well as being one of the only two IDs in the game to get a Guld...
Viridia's only real redeeming feature is the Flame Visit.

And as such you will pick Viridia, shotguns pwn as a RAcast, Viridia has great rares all over the game that will help any of your chars, Greennill has the few good drops mentioned by mimas, that Purplenum also has for the most part, and Purplenum just totally pwns Greennill.
So if you want FS and SN, pick Purplenum, not Greennill.
Purplenum is like a Greennill++ and that makes Greennill almost useless, except if you really wants its exclusive drops like Yas3k (good rifle, but all rifles become meh when you have a Frozen Shooter) or Flame Garment (crappy armour that is an eyekiller >_>)
Between Greennill and Viridia, Viridia is better.

With regard to a later part oof your message Kefka, he wanted Greenill or Viridia, Purplenum wasn't one of his options.

I was actually reading the drop charts as I wrote my previous post and, to be perfectly honest, I didn't notice anything particularly special in Viridia's drop list. It's also a bit bizarre to say that RAcasts equipped with "shotguns" (which, I hasten to remind you, are more like giant underarm crossbows with five barrels than anything else) are necessarily better at causing havoc than RAcasts armed with rifles, in fact I developed a personal love of rifles when I had my old RAcast as they literally let me put a bullet between a Tollaw's eyes without it even knowing I was there - unlike Shot types which have a pitiful range and abysmal accuracy that really won't go down very well with a RAcast. (I speak from long-term experience.)

Care to clarify? You've got to remember that the ATP of a Frozen Shooter is on a par with the Visk (must check thoroughly next time!), plus freezing with a gun isn't always a blessing if, in the case of the RAcast, you have freeze traps...
When I recommended Frozen Shooter in my previous post I implied that it was a GOOD rifle, not necessarily the BEST.
