Why not change it so no one can vote for themselves. Therefore it will be equal and people will get there vote because people think they deserve that one.

For the Awards you don't under stand, It's Generally "most likely to be...". Ok NO ONE CAN VOTE FOR THEM SELVES! Ok, VOTE!
