Better late than never.

Sorry about the long delay here, and I'm not going to try to justify myself. I've had teh hcapter finished for a little bit now, But I've been wanting to seriously go back through it an re-read/do some heavy editing.

Alas, I've fallen victim to sickness these past few days, so I kept just putting it off. I'm still somewhat sick, and haven't edited this thing yet..

But here it is. Ph34r the only spell checked chapter.

Contamination
Chapter 2

Illusionary Wall

"There's something inside my head, Ms. Jibun, I can see it.. I can see it crawling.."

"Can't you see them?"

"The only two survivors.."

"I see you." A sharp blow to his back brought him to his hands and knees, a violent shove to the front of his uniform and tossed him to the floor completely. One of the black spiders came, a pulsating orb in its back facing away from him brought back the memories of before. Little light was available to see the mechanical creature raise one of its eight jagged legs, but the agony that came from the object being plunged into his abdomen brought all his attention to one spot. Grasping the leg, he could feel the sinister smoothness edging up towards the joint where the large spike rose from as it sunk deeper within him. He could taste the bile in his throat, the blood in his mouth. Kangae clutched the object impaling him wordlessly, tears welled up in his eyes and threatened to overflow when he found himself unable to remove the black claw that sought his life. Then around him he could see the glowing silhouettes of his family, the figures of his classmates, and the faces of people he didn't even recognize. Fresh, white hot pain came with the putrid ooze that welled up from around the edges of his wound. One of the creatures, with the listless red eye staring at his younger brother, came from inside of him, and struck down one who was close to his heart. From the spider came the huge blob, its gelatin body washing low and touching the edges of his frozen frame, and then splitting. Screams soon followed, each one dying away as the beasts covered their bodies. His mother fell, her head not inches from his. He could see it coming, and he struggling to get up again. The Newman reached out for her, but to his ever building despair, his hand merely passed through the substance threatening to consume the woman. She fell again, grasping the same leg of the black spider that had run him through.

At this time she was engulfed by the creature, at this time she was devoured. Brown hair fell away like wisps of smoke, while her eyes bulged from their sockets and dissolved. Clothing broke away to reveal her already half eaten flesh, which then faded to bone. Her skeleton shattered into bite sized pieces, and then nothing but particles that quickly vanished remained. The blob split, and then moved on, leaving him to his tears and the wound that tortured, but refused to kill him. Then the spider began to move again, digging its leg farther into him, past the joint, past the spike. Twisting some then rising, he was again pierced, this time through the chest. A fresh wave of nausea and indefinite pain washed over him, while anger and sorrow was left to fester in his withering mind. The spider moved, jolting him and his figure, if he had been able too, all the FOnewm would have done was cry, and whimper, like a forlorn child lost in a hellish nightmare.

But it was just a nightmare..

Kangae opened his eyes, laborious breathing causing his heart to race. Taking a deep pull of the cool air around him, the young Newman willed his vision to focus on one spot, in order to make the room stop spinning. Slowly, by forcing himself to under go the images again and again, he tried to find comfort. This was most he had seen as of yet, and the touch of the figures in the illusion were twice as strong. Staggering to his feet, the sleep deprived student found his way to the bathroom. Lighting up the lavatory, the FOnewm cupped some cold water from the sink and splashed it on his face. A deep sigh followed this brief moment of relief, even though he spent several hours trying to get to sleep, washing away some of his exhaustion brought more solace than he was able of achieving otherwise. One breath after another, no matter how many he took the facts wouldn't let his mind rest.

"Looks like I'm not the only one who couldn't sleep." He spoke to the moving shadow as it passed by the bathroom door. Wiping the last drop of water from his brow, the newman straightened out to face the eyes of the half human. She was fully clothed and had pulled a heavy jacket over her, and from the breeze of her movement he caught the scent of perfume.

"Going somewhere?" The FOnewm continued, mostly in jest.

"If you mention this to anyone I'll have your head." Following the venomous words, Jennifer turned tail and briskly walked off. Muttering to himself, Kangae stretched and let his mind adapt to his surroundings. The air was kept at what might have been considered a comfortable warmth, yet good deal of humidity indicated that it had been raining previously. He couldn't stand humid rooms, so a quick choice of action was made. Walking through a hallway and into another room, in the darkness a dot of light was quite clearly visible. The Newman sighed and passed through a sliding glass door that led out onto the porch. A cool wind refreshed him, though dressed only in his boxers it also chilled his skin. Leaning against the railing, taking a long drag from a cigarette, was his teacher. Martha glanced back at him for a moment, letting her long, black hair spill out across her back. Tanned skin and and large almond shaped brown eyes, her heritage was easy to guess.

"Doesn't anybody sleep in this place?" He asked with a slight note of humor in his voice. She shook her head and continued to stare out into the skylight of Pioneer 2. Now standing beside her, the FOnewm took a cig from a half empty pack on the rail and span it through his fingers.

"You know your not setting the proper example here." Kangae let the end of the object find its place on his lips for a moment before lighting it with a slow, steady flame from his fingertip. Martha, probably short for Martalissia.. Martha Jibun? That doesn't fit.

"I've been teaching at the hunters academy for a while now." His thoughts were interrupted by a random comment from the woman.

"And for all the time those kids spent, taking all the abuse of this life.. Living through that, just to die, and never to really live." Judging from the empty bottles at her feet, and the rambling of her speech, he could assume she was fair bit past drunk. Martha had stopped to take another pull from the cigarette in her hand, but was now letting it drop to the street below like it was discarded trash.

"Jenny would have a fit if she saw me like this, her father died of lung cancer.. you know." This came with a grim smile, and a repressed sigh.

"Why are you out here?" Kangae asked, still remaining empathetic.

"Trying to escape."

"As if this is going to solve anything. You should get some rest."

"I can't move." The FOnewm watched the dull glow of his cig as it drifted off to the pavement, forcing his eyes to remain open as he did so. She turned to him and accepted a supporting arm.

"Lets get you to bed."

A family of problems, just my luck..

"What.. the.. fuck." He deliberately let his words drag on, so that his disdain was clearly noted. Once again dressed in his traditional FOnewm outfit, the young man stared at the weapon in disbelief. The first description that came to mind was a bird's head mounted on a stick, except that its beak pulsed a dull green. This 'cane' was supposedly supposed to make it easier for him to channel his powers effectively.

"The stone here," Ms. Jibun tapped a nail against the glowing rock,

"Is a replicate of those from the original meteorite. It naturally draws energy to it, making it easier for you to focus your own in one spot and shape it as necessary."

"I prefer to cast bare handed." The Newman snorted, still not wanting to lug around a five pound stick all day. Martha didn't falter,

"Prepare a RAfoie."

"Fine." Kangae held out both of his hands, letting the energy he had learned to harness channel through them to his fingertips. In his mind, he formed a symbol that would allow him to prepare the desired effect. Snaking lines of heated power formed this figure at his command, three dots encompassed by a hexagon with horizontal slashes through it. One would generally prepare this spell upon the space the foe is occupying, and once the binding hexagon was released the three dots would 'explode'. The main force from this explosion actually transfers into a ring of fire that the horizontal slashes make, then this would be free to expand and strike out everything in its path. The amount of effort required to cast RAfoie was tremendous, and if your symbol collapsed mid preparation the side effects could be disastrous. The FOnewm now held such a magic at bay a good twenty feet away from them in the training room.

"Good, now hold it." The teacher said with a smirk.

"What?" He grunted, the energy within the hexagon was screaming to get out. Martha said nothing, but merely affirmed her words with a piercing gaze. The Newman concentrated once more, not quite sure what his teacher was trying to prove. In a short amount of time, sweat formed on his brow, and his hands started to tremble. After a while, his body was shaking and his uniform was soaked with the strain of keeping the gathered power at bay. Finally his arms dropped and he was forced to sink to his knees. A bright flash and an orange sphere lit up the already illuminated room, soon followed by a blinding ring of white fire that spread out and quickly dispersed. The strength greatly drained by holding the spell for so long, it faded far before it could reach them.

"Get up, and try again." She said plainly, handing him the cane. Kangae grabbed the object and let his hand glide down the smooth metal to the grooves in the hilt, clasping it firmly in his palm, it felt clumsy and irregular. The length of his arm shook visibly as he made himself begin the process over again. Weaving fiery threads of light into shape and watching as the symbol flared to life. The weapon's tip shone brightly, making the transfer of energy between his body and the air much more smooth. Spell prepared, the FOnewm found it surprisingly easy to keep it in the proper shape. The cane allowed him to craft the magic with much more precision, tighter and stronger bonds woven into the burning tapestry. It was the the weight of the weapon that finally made him collapse, instead of the raw method of using yourself as a medium to transfer energy.

"Alright already, I get it." The newman looked at the item in his hand and suppressed a yawn. He wasn't able to get to sleep the night before, since both the holding his teacher over the toilet while she passed her liquor and the agonizing nightmares brought no allure to closing his eyes. Instead he had simply pondered all the recent event that brought questions to his mind, but unfortunately no answers could be found with the meager information he was provided with. Ms. Jibun had mentioned something about an android defense line, apparently the Pioneer 2 had enough of those for them to fall under the 'expendable' section. Kangae straightened out and rubbed his sore arms; Whenever he passed massive amounts of of energy through them into objects like that his muscles would take the consequences afterwards. The newman set down the cane, thinking about some information that seemed crucial at that point and time. The only effective spells, were ice? He frowned, knowing that he couldn't cast a successful barta to save his life.

The reason for this was simply because he was a 'fire mage'. Energies within oneself don't come in the flavors of fire, ice, and lightning, they have to be trained that way. Not everyone is born with magical talent, and most who are don't have much to brag about. Newmans however, were a fabricated race specifically designed for spell casting. A Newman's genes are specifically altered from special classes of humans, these classes exhibiting unusual amounts or variants of power. Humans are only able to cast two of three types of spells, light and healing, or dark and healing; The type of spell they are able to cast is greatly influenced by their emotions, and since one generally doesn't attack without some sort of negative feeling inside them, white mages are quite rare. Humans bodies are not quite adapted to the extremities which newman frames undergo, since Newman's experience the pain of fire, lightning, or ice when casting. Thus Newman's, unless defective, form immunities to their casting type. One immunity cannot be formed without depleting another, so in birth a Newman child basically practices one form of magic. Healing was mainly a universal magic, meaning it could be practiced by anyone without tempering with other energies. since the basic principal of healing was to spare some of your own energy to repair and replenish that of another, it wasn't exactly the hardest skill to learn. Though more advanced techniques require much knowledge and practice, a basic 'Resta' is something that all sentient hunters learn.

Now he harnessed a greater magical potential than most Newman's out there, since his genetics had been crafted from a line of prestigious mages. This was a fact that he actually cared to boast, though now he wished that his family had trained him to wield ice techniques. Martha glanced at him quizzically, as if expecting him to explain his silence.

"Will fire spells actually work against these things? Jennifer said that the spells the students cast were a waste of time." He asked, hoping that he could find some way to put his life's work to good use.

"Kangae, frightened, young students attempting to face certain death are hardly able to perform efficient spells. If you don't falter you should be fine." She replied as if it were the obvious. He just shrugged it off and turned his attention to her daughter, who was currently plugged into a VR battle simulation.

"So what is she up to in that mess?"

"She is going through a field were she can feel the pain of getting hit, and hopefully making her not to queasy in real situations. You and I shall be doing the same soon enough."

"You and I? Why am I getting special attention here?" The FOnewm asked, somewhat irritated by his teacher's smug attitude.

"This is your first time in VR, while she has received such training before. And you deserve it for being a brat." Martha answered, grinning.

"I'm not complaining, it gives me the chances to wipe that smile off your face."

"Oh so confident, lets see if that lasts."

Kangae staggered backwards after receiving another blow, willing his numb arm to move again. Ms. Jibun sighed and let the saber's tip rest just above the flawlessly white ground, this was the third time her student had let his guard down while casting. The Newman righted himself and brought himself back up in a defensive position, ready to try again. Martha took two steps forward before lashing out again with her weapon, then smiled when he step forward and brought his cane down to parry her slash with a shower of sparks. Continuing on his motion, he brought the other leg forward and let his unoccupied hand create the simple foie symbol and let loose with a moving mass of incinerating power.

Side-stepping the attack, his teacher freed her weapon from his with a quick flick of her wrist and then promptly severed his hand. He has guts, he just needs to learn to use them. The pain he felt, while no more than a aching throb, was still incentive enough to avoid damage at all costs. Kangae now knelt, though she didn't fail to notice the cloudy look in his eyes which meant he was still channeling energy somewhere. This realization caused her to throw herself flat upon the ground, the reward of her instinct was rewarded by the sight of a glowing GIfoie symbol ignite and spew out smoking spheres of fire overhead. These bobbing flame wraiths soon danced away from sight, leaving her to recover from her fall. A none to gentle pat on the side of the head told her that she had been careless, the sight of the Newman sitting up with his weapon at her neck confirmed this

"Careless." He said, now that it was his turn to grin.

"Look whose talking." She replied, indicating the stub on his right hand

"You could have lost your head, if my weapon wasn't a stupid walking stick that is."

They unplugged shortly after this, and took a short break for refreshments. During this time, there was discussion over what type of simulation would be the most practical for the possible upcoming situations. It wasn't everyday that Kangae was allowed full access to the large VR database, and he wanted to make the best of it. The Newman had selected a file that was meant to be a test for hunter graduation, after some persuasion Martha had too, accepted his choice. The basic objective was to evacuate a child from a building teeming with hostile men armed to the teeth, the best part was that they didn't know he was there yet, and it was perfectly acceptable to kill most everyone in sight. After some more conversing, it was agreed that they were to co-op the simulation, but would also need to look after two children.

After receiving some tips, the two of them logged into the virtual reality system again. They appeared in the middle of a jail cell, and immediately the stench of dirty bodies and sick prisoners assailed them. Behind them was the two timid kids that they were supposed to 'save', clothed in dirty rags, Kangae supposed the atmosphere was meant to make you feel sympathetic towards them. The Newman prevented himself from staring at his companion for too long, the black and red HUnewearl costume now just pointing out her ample curves instead of hiding them in her usual attire. She held in her hands a replicate model of an Asuka, wide twin blades shaped like scimitars except glowing a orange-red hybrid. In his hand, was the trusty cane. The FOnewm didn't find it even remotely fair that she was to receive such elegant weapons while he was stuck with the one he had nicknamed the Nut Cracker, but decided that this wasn't the time to complain.

Stepping forward, he winced due to the echoing click his clogs made against the cold cement floor. Behind him, the child also moved forward a step, while the other remained motionless. Now his Newman ears were attracted to a second noise, the scuff of boots coming their direction. Ahead of them was a prison door, hanging wide open. Jennifer merely nodded to him, and he let a grin crease his face. Two foie symbols prepped in his hands, he boldly exited the cell with a leap. There was one guard not ten feet from him, and another just a little behind this. The closest one fell with a gurgling hiss, the fresh aroma of burned flesh filling his nostrils, Kangae failed to his his second target. The man raised his rifle with one hand while scrambled for his radio with the other, failing to notice the HUnewearl who had crept to the side and was now lunging at him. One of the twin Asukas twirled in its deadly arc, cutting him down cleanly across the face and chest with a pleasant hum of the photon blade striking an object.

Some noise had been generated, but not enough to alert anyone at a distance. Other prisoners either moaned for help, gaped in terror, or retched their guts upon the floor at the hideous sight.

"Forget them." Jennifer stated, speaking the for the first time since they had been there. Kangae nodded, while it did prod at his conscience some, it didn't make a difference in this situation if they were to attempt to free them or not. The Newman removed one of the guard's belts and clipped it around his waist, just in case there was something there that they would be needing later. He also took the man's gun and put the cane in his newly acquired waist wrap, figuring it would definitely prove its worth. They had entered a long hall of prison cells, which they made their way down and into a corridor. The floor now switched from concrete to cut, white stone that traveled on for a good distance. A man was coming their way so the FOnewm dropped to one knee and took quick aim with the weapon, then fired. It wasn't a clean shot, took him through the chest and splattered blood all over the walls.

"Where'd you learn to shoot?" Jennifer asked, somewhat surprised he could handle a gun at all. Kangae shrugged,

"Its just a rich boy's hobby." He shrugged, it was the truth. His family used to be quite wealthy, since they got quite lucky in the buying and selling stock business. But then they made a bad investment, which lead to their inevitable fall. After this they could barely afford to send him to the hunters academy, a day his proud family lineage took a heavy blow. The man had screamed when he had been shot, and such a noise attracted much attention. Another guard rounded the next corner before they did, and met his fate in a similar fashion to the one before him. Peering around the bend, Jennifer confirmed that this lead to a short, empty hall that would take them to a large set of double doors. They listened at this, and pulled themselves back quickly as three armed troops them open and herded inside. Seeing a man's guts plastered to the floor and two children merely standing there shaking but to scared to move, the reinforcements decided to call for more backup, and proceeded to creep down the hall. Kangae and Jennifer had been forced back behind one of the green metal doors, the Newman while quite conscious that she was somewhat pressed up against him, chose this time to spring out and burn one guard and kill another. The HUnewearl quickly followed up by sliding a long photon blade across a somewhat crispy neck and splitting the final's skull with the second Asuka.

"When they bring in the androids you won't be able to just fry them off like that."

"I know" Kangae replied, hefting the rifle into a more comfortable position in his arms. Together they entered another series of rooms and hallways, with the grim knowledge that they had several more floors to clear before getting to the finish. I.E. The getaway contact. The first group of seven men was quickly cleared by a blast of RAfoie, the explosion creating a rumble in the ground and a long line of charred wall and cremated bodies. Just shaking her head the HUnewearl pressed forward, knowing her use would come in at the end. Finally reaching the first flight of stairs, there was a group of three militia class RAcasts waiting for them. These where loaded with photon launchers, and apparently weren't to worried about damage to the building. The FOnewm lured them over to the corner of the corridor with pop-shots from his rifle. The first fell somewhat easily to Jennifer's deadly assaults, even the Newman had to admit that he was impressed with her performance. But the second came on to them a bit to fast and fired off two rounds from its launcher before they could disable it. Both children were taken by the second shot with a sickening mix of blood and curse words from the newman.

When they had logged out again, Jennifer sighed and made nothing more of it than that. Kangae was insistent that he wanted to retry the simulation again, but Martha pointed out that they had already spent way more than their allotted time and won the argument. When they reached 'home' Ms. Jibun explained a BEE message that she had received when they were in VR.

"The first of the wave of the black spiders will reach us by tomorrow evening, so naturally just now the public have been notified that they'll have to hole up in their homes by noon tomorrow. The Pioneer 2 doesn't have really much in the way of weaponry, just a few military units and such, but nothing compared to what's on its way."

"The first wave? How many of these things are we expecting?" The FOnewm asked, somewhat startled by the turn of events.

"Hundreds, who know how many." The teacher replied, not even capable of preventing the despair from creeping into her voice.

"Fucking christ.." Kangae let his head meet his palm yet again, telling himself that the visions wouldn't come true. But it was that hollow sort of reassurance that only made you sink deeper.

"The Hunters will be gathered at the suspected invading points, while the military will act mainly as scouts for where reinforcements will need to fill in. Other than that there's just the automated scout ships that'll be recording the action from the outside. Of course, edited footage is going to be fed to the public to keep them calm." Martha added, regaining her composure.

"Not like it matters what the damned reporters say when there's something eating you alive."

"Kangae, I was at the school, I know what you've seen. But your still-" The newman rose from his position abruptly, upsetting his place at the dinner table.

"I've see my family, my friends, even people I don't know devoured every time I close my eyes. I've been wounded in my dreams and torn to pieces in my nightmares. I've gone through all this bullshit and I certainly don't need anymore, not from them, and not from you.." A quiet settled in the dining room, the receivers of the ranting not quite sure of anything they could say. After getting no reply, he let out a trembling breath and turned from them.

"I don't know If I'm going insane, or something's happening to me that I don't know of, but something is wrong we me. Sometimes it just feels like it's clawing at my insides, struggling to get out. I'm in this for my revenge, My friends didn't deserve to die that night, nobody deserves to die tomorrow. But they are, more and more people are going to be killed by these things, no matter what I do. So of course I'm irrational and depressed, its fucking doomsday." Heading toward the door, he raised a hand.

"I'll be back later tonight, I just need some fresh air and some time to think." With that he left, not even sure if he would live to see his family again, not even sure if he wanted to. Maybe the only thing dead set in his mind was one thought, he was going to make those things suffer..

* * *

So thats that.

The two things I wanted to accomplish with this chapter was some more character development, and play around with some ideas I've been having for magic users.

Kangae = Sore loser, no? Tongue

Anyway C&C is always welcome. Hope this has proved worth while.

This story is great! You must have spent several days on this. I've spent close to an hour reading these 2 chapters and it's very interesting. I have noticed a few mixed up words but other than that this is an excellent story.

Chapter 3

Nightmare

Kangae smothered the end of his cigarette on the floor, wincing as the truck came to a sudden halt. Next to him sat a row of androids, now awakening from their dormant state and preparing themselves with the gear hanging next to them. The metal bench like structure he was seated on had mainly ranger class androids, each loaded down with both a photon rifle, launcher, and plenty of ammunition for both. Opposite of them, the hunters clicked to life. The Newman felt small compared to them, glistening dark metal letting their glowing eyes stand out devilishly in the dim lighting. The back of the vehicle was lowered and set upon the ground, forming a ramp for them to descend from. With unnerving precision the soulless figures filed out and away ahead of him, letting out a sigh, he shouldered his cane and followed suit. Out in the artificial daylight, it felt like he had just entered a graveyard. The buildings around him had been evacuated that morning, meaning that he and the drivers were the only living beings within the immediate are. Deathly quiet, like a scene from some old flick except this time the situation was real. A chubby man of middle height approached him, a wiry mustache stretched across his upper lip as he spoke.

"So, how ya feelin' kid?" Though the driver's tone was considerate, yet the FOnewm replied coldly.

"I hope that was a rhetorical question." Silence reigned again and the man shifted nervously, this Newman was starting to creep him out. Sensing that it wasn't the best thing to be cruel at that point and time, the younger individual continue.

"So these are the military issue androids, they're not exactly lively as one would expect from this age."

"No need for them big folks to be spending money on personality chips for them, the ideal soldier doesn't need to feel, you know." The older man shook his head while speaking, glancing at the other as if trying to gauge his response before it came.

"Slaves you mean." Kangae snorted, walking away from the driver. What hopes there had been for a conversation dead, the human went back to his truck and rested his head on the steering wheel. Kids like him don't need to be throwing away their youth like this.. The FOnewm yawned, taking no relish from the fact that this was the second consecutive night without sleep that week. Switching the weapon between hands, he wiped the sweat from his right palm on his hip and reviewed his position. He was to be the backup, another line of trucks carrying mechanical warriors had went up ahead to form the first defense at the suspected entry point. If any of them leaked through, it was up to their thinly stretched numbers to prevent them from getting any farther. Each defensive line had a row of hunters in the lead, a row of rangers in the middle, and another string of hunters in the back. Looking about him at the dolls gathered there, he couldn't help but remember his home. All of their butlers and maids had been humanoids, lifelike, skin, hair, eyes, at first you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between them and the residents. His first crush had been on his own personal caretaker, a humanoid, and unable to return any love given. She had been soft, she had been willing, but she hadn't been human. Eventually her operating system became outdated, and his parents wanted to replace her. He being mentally attached as he was, didn't want to let go. They refused to offer support towards her maintenance and repair, so there was little he could do but hold on until she faded away completely to malfunctions and memory loss.

Smiling to himself, the newman stretched and tapped the smooth stone of the 'nut cracker' in his palm. Little flurries of warmth gathered in his hand as he did so, via the effect of the meteorite. Ever since then, he had been somewhat spoiled in matters concerning women, and paranoid when it came to dealing with androids. These thoughts eventually wandered over to Jennifer, where had she been taken too? The HUnewearl had not received a time and place to be that day, or if she had the half newman refused to admit the truth to him. Martha was at another major defense line, she hadn't slept much, but still was in better condition to fight than he. The rest of the Hunter's Guild was left with the military to guard the innermost city and other areas secluded areas, though there was a promised relief of fresh fighters and ammunition. He was being monitored by scientists and the like by a mag hovering at his shoulder, apparently they wanted to see how he did in battle and see how the creatures reacted to his presence. Kangae has protested this to no end, but his efforts came to no avail. In a way of displaying his disgust at the situation, he used finger fire to scrawl black letters on the wall of a building, the words read "Fuck the authority"; Then he promptly relieved himself on the same spot afterwards.

"They've landed boy, be on your guard out there." Called a voice from the ovular radio resting at his hip. The FOnewm didn't reply immediately, but chose to catch up to the android that were now moving out to the to-be-battlefield. Another message signaled out in the quiet, this time more demanding. Snatching the comm. unit from his side he snapped a reply.

"Just make sure those fuckers come my way, I'll take care of everything else."
