Whilst I was hunting for a Lavis Cannon with my friend online, we found a Hildetorr (Potatetorr?
)! Yay! He got killed instantly, so I hunted this great (?) prey.
All we got was a Frozen Shooter, and I had two already!! I took it, though, cause it had 20% A.Beast and 5% Hit! Yay!
I gave my friend my old +9 0% version to make it fair.
And then I traded my other 0% version for a Berdysh. Very blue and explosiony. :beard:

frozen shooters are good tho cuz they freeze guarenteed, that's hella good! lol more to play with then effecient killing tho:'(

Indeed. Be happy, super happy about it. I've never seen a Hildetorr in my life! (tips?). I'd love a Frozen Shooter, even though I couldn't use it due to my being a Hunter. hehe.

Or there's always the "I haven't played PSO in a good 3 months!! *grabs Greennill FOmar* Nuuu, a Hildetorr!!" method.
And there's the final "Look at my shiny Frozen Shooter! *shows off to friend* Oh wow, you have one now. -.-" approach.

You can tech it to 15% hit... I've got 4 Frozen Shooters. Those Torrs just kept popping up.

just go to the fake in yellow quest and find a room with lots of rappies and teleport back to pioner 2 and back to forest again until a pal rappy appears but be patient it takes time and money. I have spent just 100000 meseta so far and havent found anything but i will continue to search...
