you need 2 memory cards and 2 controllers.

take a controller in slot 4, hold down L and press A

I think you can only save 1 screenshot to each memory card.

You also have to make a Picture file on the second memory card before you can take pics. To do this on the main menu got to Options the to Pictures or what ever it says for pics. It should ask if you want to make a picture file on the card in slot B. Do this and then exit to main menu. Have a controller in slot 1 and 4 only. Take the pics by holding L and then hitting A. You will see a percet bar going up, hit A again before it reaches 100 to save the pic. You have to keep an eye for the enemys though as they do not stop moving while your taking the pic. The instuction book does not have the picture taking instructions in it, or at least I haven't found it. Hope this helps.

I thought I might confirm that, yes, you can only save 1 screenshot/memory card. For whatever reason.
