Well, it would be good for lower levelled characters. But upper levels need better stuff. I have found the Sheild Of Delsaber the best sheild personally....

Well barriers like Secret Gear provide more DFP than Shield of Delsaber does.

And it's not a good idea to use the Shield of Delsaber in battles such as, say, VHard Gol Dragon and Ult Sil Dragon fights. Unless you happen to have a Cure/Freeze... and even then, low resistance is kinda bad... :ermm:
...but that's what I have my other shields for. Of course the Cure/Freeze doesn't hurt either.
