Connecting to alternate servers (legit guide)

Could it be possible to go online on these servers if you have an DC eumlator and a Rom of PSO v1 or v2 (I don't at all, but can it be done?). And if I'm breaking the rules asking this, tell me and i'll delete this message.

It can be done, thats for sure.
but you'll have to like ... figure it out yourself.
if you mean if it is possible with some emu now, nope.
you cant do that, but you could get the PC-version and
play with them. you see, on those private ones pc folks
and dc folks can play along with each other.
or atleast hang out in the lobby :....
