Well, you may find it in the next 20, or you may not..
I'd suggest you go off-line and pipe for them on Forrest of Sorrow or Letter from Lionel, preferibly (I figure most people will desagree, but there is a certain influence) at 666 beat time.

There is a 1/512(?) chance that the hildelt will turn into a hildetorr.
I've never seen a hildeblue/hildetorr :S

i managed once to get two hildetorrs at once in forest of sorrow but they killed alicia and myself so i didnt get to see what they dropped

Going back on topic, I pipcd for a Pal Rappy 202 times and I had no succes, my tip is that you kill every Hidelt in FoS, and cancel mission. And do it once again. acting like a satan worshiper will not help you find a hildeltorr and you can only pipe about 4-5 times per beat
the appearance rate of a rare enemy may also be 1/317 but ST won't say which, and it seems to be more like 1/512, so that's more commonly accepted.
hildeblues look like hildebears, but they are more greyish-blue and the horns face forward.
also when you beat the game in multiplayer it says "You are the Hero" but there are multiple heroes.

i only pipe slimes. the rest i usaly just do runs trough quests with a lot of them. I dont like pipeing much no more
