Hmm, a couple of friends and I thought about doing something like this, but eventually said "Nah", mostly because we already had a D&D-style Dragonball game we were working on at the time(which got scrapped like 60% through due to lack on people who would play it, like 8 people lol). I mostly don't think it would work though, not nearly enough skills/classes/races to make a good one, although you could always add new ones(but then it won't feel like PSO I guess).

P.S. And since when is D&D a board game? It's a table-top pencil & paper game. My cousin's friend who is a DM actually made a world for his game, a bunch of sheets taped together on a wall making a map, that was neat. But there are no actual boards lol.

Finally some people who know what I'm talking about! Ya I've done several remarks of the d&d system for other games... lol megaman rpg!!! Ya it's true... The world was between the x series and the megamanzero series. The polar ice caps have melted so their isn't much land. The first quest we did involved the sigma viruses getting wiped out. (I'm sure only megaman fans know what I'm talking about) But evil is still afoot, so 8 guardians are placed to keep thing in line. So each guardian manages a city and their land... or island. The garland characters were like epic level characters that the administrators (Me and the creators) had. So each one of us could manage our shops and people separately. Other people... like my other friends that joined in later got regular characters. Cuz they suck and didn’t help lol

So like we had our own classes, races, and skills. It was really cool.
My character was a human/demon. So like you know when your character dies? Well my guy sorta has a half life... so when his human form dies he goes into full demon form. chaotic evil baby!

So ya it's really not that had to do something like that... if you're committed.

We should all do something like that! Like a mob!

I'm thinking about buying that board game. Only problem is that it will cost as much as a standard Video Game. Is it still reccomended when it comes too a price like that?

If you have friends, and lots of them, then go for it! Unlike videogames, D&D is NOT LINEAR; It can never end! So long as you are all origanl, intelligent, and have imagination, you will NEVER get bored.

Then, buying should be no problem. In fact, several of my friends loves RPGs(escpecially BG and NWN, which are based on D&D :3 ), so this should be allowed to use my money ^^

Go for it. And if you ever need a few dungeons, I can scan mine in and upload them to you. The same with custom creatures.

Heh, thanks. I'll look after this in the city later today when it's bowling-time. This'll be fun (Still, I doubt I can make my mother both play it and like it, as I managed with Settlers.).
