are their certain "best" special weapons that each section id can get if so what is the one for viridia?

not best, just I.D specific.

If I remeber correctly, Virdia's "best" weapon drop is the real nei's claw found in towers, whiuch has an insane drop rate, while Whitill is the only I.D to get a Handgun:Milla.

Well, every ID has their own "card" weapon with an insane drop rate. And they tend to have certain model DB's and Flowen's Swords, too. Then there's the Sealed J, Nei's Claw, Handgun:Milla, Madam's Parasol, and several other weapons with insane drop rates that are specific to their respective IDs.

Some other ones are good, too... for instance, I hunt God/Battles on occasion with my Redria RAmar.

well the "best" weapons are supposed to be the heaven's punisher, psycho wand, and oritoagito and i think every ID can get those.
Too legit to quit.

Why isn't nei's claw on the viridia drop charts then? or do you get it off anything at a very rare time? if it doesn't say anywhere, and you know, then what's pinkal?

No, there aren't any rare drops that are possible for all enemies, unless you count Photon Drops (which I personally do count). Tongue
