Vahn walked up to the elevator. It was a small cylindrical tube meant for one person.
âIâll check it out to see if itâs safe. Iâll send up a message if itâs not.â said Vahn.
The group he had come here with consisted of Regal, Issac, Zero, and Kal. Vahn walked into the elevator. It had many buttons, but he searched them for one. He found it relatively soon, considering that the computer room was rather close to the top. He pressed the button and the elevator sealed itself. As soon as that had happened, he realized what it was; A sonic elevator. The problem was that this model was older than all the other ones; it couldnât quite reach the speed of sound. He had chosen the bone rattling, blood pumping, and brain splattering way to the bottom floor.
âSTUPID IDEA!â He yelled, as Vahn sped down into the depths of the agency. âAt
last!â he thought. He was slowing down, coming to a halt.
He was wrong. At the last second he was thrust back into the plush ceiling. This time the ride was smooth and quiet. About thirty seconds later, he ground to a halt. The doors opened and spat him out. He took out a holo projector and started an uplinkâ¦
TOP FLOOR:
Within twenty seconds of Vahn leaving, Kal, Zero, Regal and Issac heard the alarm. They knew that Weathers Software had enough guards for a small army. What they didnât know was they were equipped with brand new Viristas.
TISSEW! TISSEW! TISSEW!
âWhat? Those are S-rank hunter weapons! They canât have those!â yelled Issac.
âQuite obviously they do,â said Regal.
âZero,â yelled Kal, who was firing huge blasts from his Red Scorpio, âCall four elevators!â
âWe donât know if they are safe yet!â protested Zero.
âI donât care!â yelled Kal even louder, âItâs better than being fried to a crisp by volleys of Virista shots!â
They called the elevators and just as Kal stepped into the last one, Vahnâs face appeared in front of them.
âI see you didnât wait, then,â said Vahn.
âWe had a run-in with the guards,â said Issac.
âTell me later. You guys, there are handholds near your waists. Hold on to âem.â
âUh-Oh!â said Zero.
seriously ignore this.

Hi! I recently found my way back here and was feeling nostalgic. On the off chance that someone comes by here and remembers me, feel free to shoot me a line over on twitter.

These days I teach programming and design games. I'm in Seattle. This was a really cool place to hang out growing up, even if most of y'all were in a totally different timezone.
