you use gibarta, rabarta, or a heavy attack on the 3rd part of a combo to split the slimes and splitting them WILL NOT CORRUPT YOU. i have no idea where you go that, but it's wrong. supposedly, telepiping can corrupt you if you do it too much using a 3rd party memory card, and you do alot of piping while hunting red slimes, but splitting them won't do anything bad to your game.

Erm, don't you tend to do LESS piping for slimes? You do less pipes per minute, that's for sure... if you're piping in that one room in Addicting Food, you get 8, which is equal to the maximum rappies in FiY. You can get 9 Mil Lilies in Waterfall Tears. Compare these to Hildetorrs in Forest (max 4), in Temple (max 2 IIRC), or Mil Lilies in Temple (max... erm, 3 or 4?)... heh. Better be ready with your GBA for those pipings.
