How to get Akiko's Frying Pan. (WEAPONS QUEST) Talk to these people.
*=You must talk to first.
**=You must talk to last.
*1.) Secret Delivery- Fat Guy next to Guild, Answer "!!"
2.) Value of Money- Guy in Blue Armor near Principle Transport
3.) Lost Bride- Soldier near shops, Answer "Enthusiasm"
4.) Claiming a Stake- Kid in front of Medical Building
5.) Gran Squall- Person next to shops
**6.) Secret Delivery- Fat Guy next to Guild.
After talking to the Fat Guy again he will tell you to talk to the boss (Akiko). She is next to the Shops and is sorta fat. She will give you the Frying Pan,
congrats.
EDIT: You have to finish the quest after talking to them.
