Thats not possible. You can only have percents on 3 sections, and that Raygun apparently has percents on 4 sections.

My highest:
Mind Gladius 50/50/0/45
Musashi 0/0/0/0/50 (could have been 60%, but my little brother didnt tek it properly)
Beserk Raygun 40/0/40/0
Giest Diska 0/35/0/0/45
Ice Staff: Dagon 30/0/55/30
Ice Staff Dagon 0/0/60/15
