x125 runs: 103,000
level at that time: 34 and a little more
SJS atp req: 710
atp added by 150 power mats, 4 God/powers, 195 POW mag: 890
so you could equip it at lv 1 and get the 23,000 kills before level 35, its just very difficult and unlikely that anyone would or could actually do it. getting the double cannon is another story...
and people here don't want to trade for hacks.
