Its the ultimate prize from 'Maximum Attack' quest online.
You have to play it and get a certain amount of points with all Section IDs and player classes in Ultimate to get it. You also get 5 Photon Spheres.

Hunting (but not religiously): Luminous Field, Ancient Saber, God Units, Yasha.
