Can anyone tell me where to get a powerful launcher?

well mainly either the photon lauancher ( v hard ) or the gulity light ( ultimate ) which can be found by 1/57 ratio on the mines boss and both are good and with gulity light being the better of the two

but you can try and get the red scorpio which i really havent a clue where to get it lol

but its a really good launcher

i have one...
dont remember where i got it though...
