1. find a item you want to hunt
   
2. find out where you get it easiest
   
3. find out which quest (or level run through) has the most of them in the shortest time (# of enemy/(time it takes to beat quest in minutes + 3 minutes for loading times))
   
4. do that quest or level run through until you get the rare
