I think he's talking hard mode. I beat Normal Ruins with my FOnewearl at level 19, IIRC (lowest I've done it). Although I did have a few HP mats and a Digger/HP by that time, and the heaven-punishment almost killed me... but anyway.
The first time I beat Falz in any difficulty was with my RAmar, who did it at:
Normal: Level 30
Hard: Level 44
VHard: Level 67
Ultimate: Level 117
At level 32, you should have no problem with Forest, and only a bit of a problem with Caves (maybe). If you can reach level 40, find a group of friends who are in VHard, and get escorted through VHard Ruins. One of my friends had his level 40 RAcast gain three levels on a full run with the rest of us (of levels 75, 55, and 52, the first two being characters I own; one friend borrowed my HUnewearl
). You just get one hit and run out, let everyone else kill the enemies, and you get experience for that.
