Favorite Seasons
Summer: Ah, the good ol' summer. What's not to like? The air is fresh, the conditions for biking and basketball: superb (for the most part). Thunderstorms tickle my fancy during this time of year, but only occasionally. If they occur too often it just bugs me. I can go for nice moonlit walks at night and view the stars. Also, of course no school, so what could be better?
Spring (beginning today!!): The smell of summer approaching. The Canada Geese are returning from their long trek down south. Sure, lots of slush and very wet, but it still owns. The weather is becoming warm, but there is still a slight chilly breeze from the departing Winter. There's also Easter and Good Friday, a spiritual time for individuals who share my faith. So nice..
Least Favorite Seasons
Winter: Don't get me wrong, winter is a fine season. There's Christmas, the most holy day on my calendar, besides others like Easter. However, the air is so cold, and the snowy conditions and ROAD CONDITIONS, I might add, are pooey. Snowball fights are joyous, but there are just some aspects that really rub me the wrong way.
Autumn: The bitter cold that often arises here really astounds me; and not in a good way. The overcast days with such bitter cold angers me, especially since school is starting around this time as well. What else can be said?
