very well done so far......actually, I don't think I could have done a better job on it. The catholic church did in fact become a very powerful force, and actually was the cause of "The Crusades" which were issued by Pope John II. A somewhat gruesome war where any and all knights that wore the mark of a crusader was allowed to pillage villages and towns in the name of God. In other words.......people will listen to religion.
