I seriously gave it some thought too, Purplenums have the easiest drop, and Mil Lilies are the most common rare enemies, might as well eliminate the 1/512, otherwise that would be 12,800 wityh finding a Mil, and finding a Psycho Wand with that Mil. I have 5 days off, some of that time will be spent with playing Ultimate Whitill Forest and Caves. If you look on Planet DC, and read the picture caption it says "my legit Psycho Wand off 348 Mil Lilies: I hope thats a joke. I am also gonna give my 140 Mind Savitri to my RAmar just incase it takes a while.
I have my reason for getting my Wand
#1: Dangling it upon my Ragol friends, and the actual PSO people I know.
#2: I really don't want to quit my Purplenum until I get a great item, my Purplenum hasn't treated me very well so far.
EDIT: Whiteninja, how many Mils have you come across in Ultimate Caves with your Purplenum? I constantly update my Mil record, it updates once a week, with the fact I find Mil Lillies every week(end).
