I am guesing Luft=Red in English. Nena... I used to like that sing, it was a pure example of 80s pop, wasn't the song about war? and from what I heard the writers thought baloons were bombs. I feel like babble fishing the lyrics again.

EDIT: Its 99 Air Baloons in English.
