At level 86? Yeah, I'd say you have a pretty good chance. Tongue Not that I've done it with a RAcast myself, but a level 86 ANYTHING should be able to beat VHard Falz.

You may wanna grab a Gush Laser or Vulcan from somewhere, however... you'll be needing some way to get that HP back, I'm guessing. And bring plenty of light resistance (this goes double for androids, since its harder for them to heal).
