I went for a run of East Tower, for experience and item hunting. I wasn't hunting anything in particular, just anything that Redria gets in Tower. The last time I played, I got pwned by a Merikle in one hit... and this time I managed to get to Epsilon. Unfortunately, I couldn't cause any damage to him at all, so I had to pipe back. But, I DID happen to get a shiny new God/Battle from the first Gibbles I met. Yay! That saves me time hunting one from Hildelts later.

Question: On the sixth floor, I think it was, there's the one wave with two Mericarols and one Merikle... and the two Mericarols are right next to the entry door. How do you get past those without getting killed?? I died several times before finally killing one of them - thank goodness I had a Spread Needle that could hit both of them and keep them in pain animations for the most part. But that doesn't always work either (the closest one would charge me and do it's "ticking" thing... at which point I'd run out of the room and back in, and it would start all over... scary, that was).

The only strategy I can think of is to run behind the Merikle and just focus on it... but that wasn't an option this time because I had left my last pipe at the entry door, and when I died the first time, that's where I started out. :ermm:
