Why I believe FOnewms to be the best forces

First, he has the highest base defense of all of the forces, so he's slightly trickier to take down. He won't die quite as quick.

With Jellen and Deband Lv 30, DFP and HP on Forces become too secondary.

Second, the bonuses to the nuking techs... most would probably believe this isn't something that's largely effective, but the nuking techs make life so much simpler for me. Being able to clean out entire rooms in three spells is something really awesome here, and other FO classes could do the same, but the extra damage on nuking spells is a huge advantage, at least for me.

FOnewearl is as good as him with nuking spells, but better with all other attack techs.

He isn't the absolute best support force, but really, he won't be a bad one either, since he can learn high levels of shifta and deband just like any other class.

He is the worst support FO, he has no Shifta, Deband, Resta or Anti boost, like the other Forces.

All in all, FOnewm is good offline, but FOnewearl is still better.
Online, FOnewm is rather bad.

FOnewm is not a bad class, but the difference in HP among forces is not significant (lowest, FOnewearl = 1400, highest, FOmarl = 1500, 100 HP is not relevant), and with high support techniques, DFP is not very relevant as well.
And FOnewearl has the 2nd best EVP in the game, very useful to a tech-caster, more than DFP.

FOnewearl is best FO offline, as good as FOnewm in Ep1, way better in Ep2 thanks to penetrating Megid.
FOnewearl is best FO online, simply because she is the best support character, and online, being a FO is all about supporting.
