i know this tale...
options...
1. find a friend you know, that also knows her...then start hanging around him a lot until she notices you...or he introduces you...make sure you tell your friend...if he's decent...he will help you...
2. just go up and introduce yourself...
3. (i pulled this one recently) just tell her you think she is very pretty...(tell em like it is man...)
4. find what interests you share...somehow work yourself into meeting her through such interests...(sports, plays and the such...)
if i were you and had the guts...i'd go with opt.2....
and there you are...
those are my methods...
