The only link i can give you about PSO: BB in the US is SEGA.com Tongue

Any version of the game is online only... ONLY! No offline gaming whatsoever, as to reduce cheating within the game, because all saves are made on SEGA's servers, not your computer HDD.

From what it seems, the american version will be released much alike the European version, via. download.
