It's bull-loney Tongue , you can only get it legit on BB, and I heard about this waaaay before the PGF and RR were released for BB.

I still don't see how you can consider Mericarol and Delbiters to be non-regular enemies since you will garunteed see atleast one in any run through of GDVI/Seabed. So they appear normally, unlike a Pal Rappy which you will not garunteed see in one run of Forest, but you may.
