No, no, no, you have it wrong. If no Matter how you get a Psycho WanD it'll say 12 stars in the Descirption, but! if you get it off the 1/299,473 drop it is technically a sqrt(377.3422) star weapon because it is harDer, but if you get it off a Mil Lilly, it is technically a 7.3273*pi/3 star weapon. NOW, it all Makes sense to me. Don't you get it SangeYasha? Tongue
