Wouldn't suggest that. You can either get 5 Lillies that reappear fast, or 2 Bears and 3 Lillies that respawn after about 10 seconds. It's better just to do the Lillies.

-start Temple1 with smashers in first room
-go east, kill Rappies + Dimenians
-go north, kill Lillies + Dimenians, then Assassin + Lillies
-flip switch near end of room
-go west to bridge room, kill Dimenians, spare the Lillies across the room
-go south back to the crushers, then turn west
-kill Dimenians + Lillies, go north
-kill Rappies + Dimenians, then Assassin + Lillies
-flip switch at end of room
-go back to bridge room, cross bridge
-halfway across, 3 Lilles, 2 Dimenians, and an Assassin will appear, kill all but the Lillies
-you have the 2 Lillies from before and the 3 new ones
-stand at the south end of the room (next to one Lilly) and face north toward the other 4
-pipe there
