I think the reason they have level 200 chars is for either of these groups to show off: (a) People who have painstkingly spent as much time as they could between the rest of their lives leveling, but never spent too much time away from their life (Kefka).

(b) People who spent as much time as they could playing without regard for the rest of their life (me).
