You press Print Screen Button on your keyboard. All the pictures are stored in the \bmp directory. For me, they're all at

C:\Program Files\SEGA\PHANTASY STAR ONLINE Blue Burst\bmp

There is no zoom feature; you can only take pictures of the whole screen. Big Grin
