(how i got mineactually, no one can get caught, if anyone does you dont get the item, after you get it you have to bring it to the tekker, he will tell you its some stone (forgot the name), then you go over to rappys holiday, and theres a couple of things you have to do there.. (go to pso-world to find out), that is all of course, if they havent changed the method in BBa long long time ago...)
