Well, first off, I'm new - so hi everyone 
My chars are in my sig. As for the quest, 4-2 can be really difficult. When I did it with my RAmar I had a good group who knew the layout and laid down ground rules (such as no boxes, no unnecessary fights etc.), and it still took us two tries to do - we got to the final room the first time but didn't have enough time to kill all the monsters.
In short, it's not too bad if you can get a good group, but it can be a nightmare otherwise.
