No, I turned on the TV first then turned on My gamecube and held B till I got to the PSO start menu and nothing about 50/60 hz came up.

Someone please tell me what I am doing wrong.
My PSO Characters :

Yokutai - Level 25 Skyly Rati 5/46/50/0
