It's tough being right all the time....
Although when I renewed my HL with 4 days left it re-set it to 29 days instead of 34, I contacted Sega about this, they restored the correct ammount of days to the time that I first contacted them, restored the 5 lost days to the 29 days remaining, and added 2 days as compensation, so even though they're tight-fisted, they can spare a few days for us when they mess up....(it was a fault on their billing system according to them).
