Demo Comets are much easier to find, because they are pipable in several IDs (none of yours though, I don't think :ermm: ). I can't remember which one is better, but you may want to go for the Partisan of Lightning only because freakin' EVERYBODY either has or wants a Demo Comet. 
I own two Demo Comets, but I much prefer my HUmar's Meteor Cudgel with 30% hit. 
I've never gotten a powerful rifle... the only really rare rifles I own are Frozen Shooters, which aren't powerful at all (we're talking sub-visk power here, before grinding anyway). That's why IMO an Ano Rifle or Anti-Android Rifle would be quite cool. I need to research those weps more, though. Heh...
