It worked of me in Ultimate "Letter from Lionel" I saw three Hildelts so I warped back to town. After about 10 tries wala.........a Hildetor. The after another 30 tries I got another and that is the last time I saw a Hildetor (i did it yesterday)in the past day. Those were my first 2 as well. My opinion is that the telepipe trick only works in solo......it doesnt generate new enemies in Multi modes. Dont know why it just doesnt.(in my opinion) So any time you see alot of a specific enemie and it has a rare version just plant a pipe in the room and keep warping back and forthe until you see the rare version that will hopefully drop you that rare item you are looking for.
