Nidra and Sato are best for people with S/D. Nidra is better though because it gains .25 POW or MIND for every dimate or difluid, verses only .16 for the Sato. The invincibilty is very helpful because usually when you're surrounded by enemies and you use a PB, it cause them all to attack at once and kill you, but with invincible, you don't.
Bhima is decent for any character, but it only gains .11 levels per di-item.
The other 6 are good for androids and the Humar because of their lack of S/D and Resta (or a good one anyway).
Make sure you get a decent color for it too.
