The only 1/21 drops I've done are: 16/21 Hildeltorrs for a MS "Iritista", and 35ish/21 Mil Lillies for the Agito 1975.

Temple can be quite an annoying level... My Ramarl spent about 50 hours there hunting the 9000M.... probably about 2500ishC-Assassins to get it (1/788). During that, though I saw 5 or 6 Hildeltorrs and got a few Rabbit Wands (cute, but useless Tongue ).
Too legit to quit.
