I'm sorry but i HAVE to disagree, Rare enemies do drop in multi modes and when your on quest with computer characters- I have seen a pal rappy on the "Battle trainging" quest and a Hilde blue on the "Forrest of Sorrow" quest - WITHOUT piping!
