How much is the Hunters license and besides i dont got ep 4 if we need that

dang i cant play blue blurst GRRRR! it sucks not having a card to use :|
offline player no money for online and on cube console

i got a lvl 97 Ramar on ultimate named mike with a special mag called Pushan (and can anyone give me a website that tells you all of the names of special mags?).
