It has to do with the beat. Because my Blufull gets about 40% of her rares during 500 to 700, or at least somewere aournd there.
This isnt three or four times this is most of ther time I play. I belive htat its just a "lucky time", that a characer is ramdomly given when its created, wich increases the chanse of getting rare,maybe not new, but still rares.
