ppl to also look out for: Ethan, Optimus Prime, and Revan (Another a hacker named Vio, but he's friendly. He'll only FSOD if you really make him mad. Other than that, he's ok)
EDIT: (Forget about Ethan and Revan, it seems you don't have to look out for them.)
Ok, recently such as this week, the ppl that will FSOD are usually in Vega and Altair. If you plan on going to any of those ships, go to an empty block, and check Block 5 and 6 if they're empty, cuz hackers will make some blocks disappear(or shut them down, whatever this is called)starting from blocks 1 or 10. ( I also heard altair block 8 was going to be shut down. It hasn't happened yet, so I'm not sure if it's true. I would stay away from there for a while)
If you do go inside a block full of ppl that will FSOd, either get ready to reset or freakin rush for the lobby transporter and go to Lobby9(no one's ever really there, maybe since its orginally a church themed lobby).
As for going into games, check for the names. Don't go into a game that's name is usually called "Free Items!", "Codes for Rares", or "Testing" because that may most likely contains FSODers. I'd also stay away from games that are called "Legit lvling" or something that contains the word 'legit' because it may only attract FSODers there to do their business. Just go into a game that points out the game's main purpose. (Like "TTF" or "Doing any quests". Or just simply "Battling" or "Leveling up")
If you're trying to find your friends, search up their Guild Card, check which ship and block their in, and go to the counter and check the block yourself and believe wheter the block is safe for you or not.( If it says there's only 1 user where your friend is at, then I'm pretty sure that the block is safe. lol)
Unfortunately, that's all the information I can support for you. Also, before going to any busy lobby, deposit all your rares in the bank( You wouldn't want to lose those, and there's no realy point in carrying them in the lobby with you since you can't do anything to your items). Good luck, and hopefully you learn some other online tips along your way.
