i just do over and over some areas like the forest and mines for exp and caves and ruins to get items.
if you can pass the ruins you can pass the others to.
so train alot before you can face them easily.
like i say if you pass the game to quikly when you reach the ultimate mode you will be in a big trouble, also pass the quests, it will prepare you for the worst.
AND the mag, don't deny your mag
