I hit level 200 back in October 2003, and it took me 1056 hours.. and to say its statistically impossible not to have an amazing weapon by that time clearly highlights your lack of understanding of probability! Each forest run, each cave run is completely independant of one another! I could find a heaven punisher on my first run through mines, or I could find it on my 1 millionth run, or i could never find one.. the latter is the position I am currently in!
I only ever have played with 2 chars, which is why I have two very high level chars.... I know MANY people who dont have any level 200 chars yet still have a much rarer set of weapons than I have! Probablility states that the chances are, I will have a rarer set of weapons than you have, but its not fact by all means. Chances are you will probably have a better set of weapons I have. Although I have clocked more hours on one char, its important to understand that other people in games will pick up rares and the drop rates are only an average drop. A 1 in 203 drop does not mean the weapon will drop after 203 kills of that monster.
Your not in a position to tell people what kind of rares they should have found by level 200, when you dont even have one yourself.
A lot of people fail to understand probability, and its quite frustrating...
