Anything with less than 100 ATP and a poor grind max. Such as the S-Rank Partisan, If I Recall Correctly. Tongue

Akiko's Frying Pan and Soul Eater are not S-Rank Weapons. They are Quest Weapons.

EDIT: Damn, Forge beat me to it.

Ah well.

They're both good at low levels, but they're weak in lategame. However, they can both be wielded by all classes, so...
Baruk: Lvl 85 Male Human Fighgunner 15.
Amielle: Lvl 24 Female Newman Protranser 4.
