Dude, you pretty much listed every rare weapon in the game, including the ones that are undoubtedly hacks (such as the Dark weapons). Nobody's going to believe this, allright... either post a real trade list or just turn this into a "please give me hacked items" thread (you can't get 100% hit legitimately, it would have to be hacked).
It's not hard to get a hacked partisan of lightning with 100% hit, you'll probably just have to ask around.
