Go to http://www.playsega.com and do "forgot password". It will ask for your e-mail address. Type it in, then in a few minutes, you should get an e-mail from them. It will tell your your regestration's password. Enter that, and if its the correct one, your in. ^_^
BTW, it may not your. The password that you use to get on your account on playsega.com MIGHT, (as in I'm not sure) be different from the one that you must enter to play the game. Or maybe you have the wrong username?
